HYGIENE DRIVE = FREE DRESS DOWN on Tuesday May 9th! Students may wear jeans and a Warrior shirt (dress down rules apply) if they bring in 1 item for the drive. Items needed: Small wash clothes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, mouthwash, baby wipes, and deodorant (Travel size and Regular size are accepted). ELEMENTARY FUN DAY IS FRIDAY MAY 12th @ HOUMA CHRISTIAN SCHOOL! Noon-2:30pm for PK-6th grade
DETAILS:
- $10 per student (includes all activities, face painting and a snowball) admission must be purchased on the Warrior Store.
-Pk4 - 1st grade must have a parent/guardian/adult accompanying them. 2nd-6th is encouraged to have the same. You will be checking your child out in the assigned area at the beginning of the event.
-Extra tickets are available for snacks ($5 for 5 tickets or $10 for ten tickets, everything will be a $1) - tickets must be purchased on the Warrior Store.
-Admission and extra tickets need to be purchased by Wednesday, May 10th.
-Parents may bring lunch to enjoy a picnic! If you are purchasing a school lunch (which will be a bag lunch), order as usual online.
-Bring a blanket or chairs for a fun afternoon celebrating the end of the school year!
-Students may wear appropriate length shorts to school with a warrior shirt.
Karley is such a wonderful Bible teacher. She is wonderful because of her love and commitment to teaching God's word and planting gospel seeds to all her students. She embodies love, compassion, and kindness and it is contagious to everyone around her. We are so blessed to have her at Houma Christian School.

MANDATORY MEETING for EUROPE TRAVELERS: We are approaching 200 days before our trip departs. We need to have an important meeting before school breaks for the summer.
On Thursday, May 4th at 6:45PM in the HCS Sanctuary there will be a mandatory traveler and parent/guarding meeting. We will cover the things that need to be handled before we break for summer and prepare families on expectations and how to best prepare for departure.
